When I first moved from Tahoe to Goleta I thought there were no seasons here… after all, any time of the year you could wear shorts and flip flops and maybe a sweatshirt if it got cold. I painted these same trees about three months ago with a palette of oranges, reds, siennas and ochres. What a difference a season makes…
