I walked up above an ocean of clouds to paint the sunrise hitting Cathedral Peak from Tunnel Trail. Not long into the painting, the fog streamed up canyon and erased the mountain before my eyes… it was a great painting challenge to finish everything from memory. (Rocks not necessarily to scale or even in the right place.)
