This big canvas (20×48″) was like a sail in the wind on this clear morning at the slough… I ended up painting with it laid flat on the ground, so as a bonus it comes with a couple of authentic Goleta grass fibers that blew in and got fossilized in the paint. Here is a detail… am having fun crosshatching with different colors to get a textured surface to things.
