Here’s the last batch of small 6×8″ oil paintings from our desert travels… The top one is part of the hike known as “the Maze” and the second is from the top of a tall boulder near White Tank. Painters are lucky– it feels like magic to mix just the right shade of peachy-tan mud and then to lay it on a panel where it becomes sunlight on granite.
